The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued the latest update for COVID-19 lockdown extension rules for all the states across the country and strict adherence to the respective rules will be applied with immediate effect starting 01 June, 2020 (Monday).
Government along with respective state guidelines will issue a detailed release of updated Containment zones due to COVID-19 effected states and cities on a larger scale. This will help people get the important update for their respective zones and how the Lockdown 5.0 will affect them.
Lockdown 5.0 – A Detailed Analysis of Guidelines What’s Allowed and What’s Not Allowed
There will be three phases of distribution:
Phase 1 Lockdown Rules
These rules will allow certain activities to be allowed from 08, June 2020.
- Religious places of worship like Temples, Mosques, Gurdwaras, and Churches
- Shopping Malls
- Hotels and Restaurants
- Remaining hospitality sector
The Government will keep monitoring the activities and revise the rules if needed considering Social Distancing being allowed or not.
Phase 2 Lockdown Rules
These activities shall be allowed to be open in the July month considering Lockdown rules being followed during this time:
- School and Colleges
- Educational institutions
- Training institutions
- Coaching institutions
Phase 3 Lockdown Rules
The following list below is tentative and will be notified once they are released opened at the end of Central Government:
- Regular international air travel
- Metro rail services
- Cinema Halls
- Gymnasiums
- Swimming pools
- Entertainment parks
- Theatres
- Bars
- Auditoriums
- Assembly Halls
The exact dates hasn’t been released for the above activities but this is probably going to be sooner than 2 weeks from now.
